Queenslander renovations, raise-and-build-unders and extensions across Brisbane's inner west.

Hoop Pine Building Co. is a family-run builder based in Paddington, specialising in the timber homes that give Brisbane's inner west its character. We renovate, raise and extend Queenslanders and workers' cottages, keeping the original fretwork, VJ walls and floorboards wherever they can be saved, and matching new work to old so the join is hard to find.

Most of our projects are build-unders, rear extensions with new kitchens and decks, and full renovations of homes that need new stumps, wiring and plumbing. Every job has one project lead from the first site visit to handover, a fixed-price contract with a clear list of inclusions, and weekly photo updates. We arrange drafting, approvals and certification through trusted local partners, so you deal with one team the whole way.
