  “The guy that came was super lovely however, very over priced services. $530 for a disconnect of our gas stove and some general checking of gas pressure, after being told on the phone it wouldn’t be “that much”, if we weren’t in desperate need we would have gone elsewhere. We also felt quite pressured through the whole visit with unnecessary conversations about needing a new stove all together (which we didn’t). To top it off, he couldn’t get the gas water heater system back on and began quoting us up to 4K for a whole new system. After saying I’m only going to pay for today’s services, he tried to lower the price to get us to agree so he could start that day and again we told him we will pay for today’s job only. Once he left, within 5 minutes, we were able to restart the water heater like we’ve always done. It just felt like a giant upselling situation and money grab, when we only needed one thing doing. In the end we had another company come out for half the price to reconnect the stove back up. Just beware of paying top prices and be careful of falling for extras - always get a second opinion before agreeing.”

  “I’m really disappointed with my experience with this company. As a woman who doesn’t have plumbing expertise, I’m always conscious that when I call a trade, I have to trust that the advice I’m being given is honest and that my lack of technical knowledge isn’t being taken advantage of. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling like my concerns in that regard were justified. We originally called them out for a leaking tap. I was advised that the entire tap unit needed replacing, which I agreed to. I was then advised that three connecting hoses were showing signs of rust and should also be replaced. Again, I had no issue with this because I could see the value in replacing them. After the new tap had been installed, I was then told our water pressure was over the legal limit and that we needed a pressure limiting valve. By this point, the quote was climbing to over $1,000, so I paused and said I wanted to discuss the additional work with my husband, who wasn’t home at the time. We ultimately decided not to proceed with that additional work. Around three months later, I discovered another leak. This time, water had been running down the back of our vanity, leaving the cabinetry s”
